Strategic Partnership between Å Entelios and Capture Energy
Å Entelios, Norway’s largest electricity supplier to the business market, has entered a strategic partnership with Capture Energy, a Nordic provider of energy storage solutions. The goal of this collaboration is to help Nordic businesses better manage energy challenges while creating new revenue opportunities through innovative solutions that combine flexibility and advanced battery technology.
Key Offerings of the Partnership
This partnership enables Å Entelios to provide Capture Energy’s energy storage products and solutions to its customers across the Nordic region. By integrating these solutions, businesses can reduce their energy consumption, lower costs, and minimize carbon emissions. Å Entelios will introduce Capture Energy’s products to the market, with a commission-based kickback for each sale it brings in, which will be paid when Capture Energy directly sells to end customers. Additionally, the companies are working on a flexible agreement, where Å Entelios will receive a kickback for the flexibility agreements made with end customers, to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Battery Energy Storage Systems in Action
Capture Energy currently operates two Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in the Nordic region: Hydrovolt in Fredrikstad, Norway, and Skeagård in Sweden. Å Entelios acts as an aggregator for both systems, supporting the integration of battery storage solutions into the energy market.
